I guess CP is not useful anymore?

With MacOS Catalina, you can use the iPad as a secondary display and tablet. It can be used as a mirrored mode or extra monitor mode.


I know that the range is only 10m but it still can be used to check all images from the browser. And CP has few more options but I wonder if Phase One can improve and add more features for CP?

really hoping for a standalone iPad OS version of capture one anyway now that tethering is supported.... using the iPad as a second screen will come in really handy and makes capture pilot pretty much obsolete....

Still useful if you want a simplified UI, client-presentable tool that has configurable controls. Of course, it remains to be seen just how functional the the additional features of Catalina are with regards to a photo shoot. On paper, they do look wonderful.
