Hello,
I issued a support case in the support area with case number 278508 but I got no feedback and this case is also not visible in my case list. Today I opend another case (#278681) -> same situation, case not visble.
Is there any feedback for "support cases"?

I always receive responses to my support cases, most of the time very quickly.

It is very strange that you cannot see your cases in your case list. That shouldn't be the case. Are you using any kind of special content (other than pure ASCII characters)? Perhaps try a different browser?
