Lost colour

Postby NNN636951013438158197 » Wed Jun 12, 2019 1:17 pm

I am on the 30 day trial after being away from Capture One for a few years and for 10 days all was well and I will probably buy back in to it. I just downloaded the Styles trial pack and every image from every camera make is only portrayed in black and white. I reinstalled the programme and still the same, I have no image represented in colour: no presets applied, a fresh reinstall, etc. I have submitted a case, but wondered if anyone had this experience as currently it is unusable ? Thank you.

I have just figured this out. I did not realise that the last process recipe used was the one applied to all images, even in a new session. My last process recipe was for a Grey Gamma 2.2 and this was subsequently the 'default', which is curious as this applied to a complete reinstall of the programme (?).
I have raised a question as to wether a process recipe can be reverted to a default rather than the last used. Does any one have this question or is it just a feature that I need to be aware of when processing images ?
I'm sorry if this wasted anybody's time.
