pre-elease version has expired

Postby Rodast » Sun Jun 02, 2019 10:00 am

Hi installed the actual beta1 of C1 a few days ago and there never was a beta2. Now when I try to start C1 I get a message "This pre-release version of Capture One has expired. The application will now quit".

Unfortunately I updated a Session to the new version. How can get C1 and especially my session running again?

Can't you download Capture One 12 (the actual released version) and instal it? Presumably you can use it on the 30 day trial basis and can retrieve your session that way, and then you can choose to buy or subscribe for the software or not at the end of the 30 days trial.

I have a licwnaw for C1 and I think the beta has expired. I think, when installing the latest stable version my Session will not be compatible.

Is everyone ignoring the terms and conditions related to beta testing now?

Sorry, I apologize for that. I forgot this and was a bit stressed, beecause C1 was not starting.
