Moving work to new computer

Hello,
I'm newbie and I'm aware that I might ask stupid questions ;).
I started using Capture One 12 beginning of September'19. I have done a lot of work to edit my holiday photos. I worked on raf files and I did a lot of editing including layers. Today I replaced my old laptop with new one. I have installed Capture One on new laptop but I have no idea how I can transfer raf files that include and all the layers & changes I have done on my old laptop. I want to continue work on those photos and utilize much better display of the new laptop. I have managed to copy raf files to new laptop but those do not include changes I did on old laptop.
How can I transfer my work to new laptop and continue adjusting photos (including layers) I have started on old laptop?

Are you working in a catalog or a session? Why you would do depends on which.

So you can copy the whole contents of the folder where your images were to the new computer. Also copy the catalog file. When you open the catalog the images may show as offline but you can use the Locate feature to show C1 where the folders are now.

The edit data is inside the catalog.
