Unable to subscribe

I want to subscribe to C1 on a monthly plan. I click on the logo to do that. I get a greyed out page with a spinning wheel that goes nowhere. Why cannot I download the subscription?

I just saw a very similar note on a Fred Miranda forum. Have you contacted Support?

First though, if you're using Safari, try Disabling Extensions from the Develop menu, and then re-accessing the page.
