I don't care about a carefully thought out camera color profile, it's the same sensor as a6300 and a6500. Just let me open the damn ARW files :)

trien to upgrade from 11 to 12 but the site keeps stalling. I ask the service of Fastspring and they send me back to the support page. Would love to upgrade, but it's not gonna happen if they keep looping me and make lose time. Really bad support for such a quality product !

You may not realise, but FastSpring sells thousands of products, but they do not do product support for any of them. Fastspring's business is purely to conduct and administrate sales. Product support is done by the company that makes each product.

To obtain support for Capture One products you must sign in to your Capture One account (which you must have because you allready have Capture One 11), go to technical support, and open a ticket.

It has been my experience over the past few years that when you open a ticket, a technically knowledgeable person will typically respond within one business day, but occaisionally as long as 2 or 3 days. They will surely help you with this problem.
Cheers, Eric

To Add to Eric's messaage ...

If you already have V11 just log in to your account and get to the Upgrade pages and the options available will be presented to you.

If you have followed those options and understood that you need then the upgrade whould be no problem so long as you have worked with the installation instructions.

If you still need help then, as Eric has said, you need to contact the Capture One Support team directly.

If it is the link from Fastspring that is giving you problems then just don't use it.

Don't ask us - we're just fellow Capture One users! If you'd like them to support that lens, request it through the support case system. That way they say they can gauge the level of demand for support.

Version update 12.03
Although I use C1 for some 3 years I still don't understand how the update is meant. The update link in preferences sends me to general C1 page, even if I'm logged in into my account, but there is no update button or something similar. The only possibility is to select download Capture One software. I have to mention that after replacing the previous version my workspace is kept.

Yes, you just download the latest version and install it: there is no update download. Your workspaces should be kept.

I just got the full version of Capture One 12, but I don't want to update my OS past El Cap right now.
Can I load the V11 and use it with my V12 license?

Thanks

Yes it’s free. Just download it and install it over the top of your existing installation.
