No connection with server

No connection with server

i tried to connect to capture one with capturepilot on iOS. Unfortunatly it does not work.
The Server is seen at capture Pilot but if i try to connect a error message apply with Server unavailable.

Capture One is Version 11 on Windows. Capture Pilot is the last one at Apple Store.
What can be done ?

MS Windows firewall and anti-virus settings often interfere with Capture Pilot connections. See also this thread:

I posted a more detailed answer in another thread. I have a MAC but the logic may apply to PC's as well. I found that my firewall settings prohibited file sharing. When I scaled the firewall back to allow file sharing all worked well.
