Purchase problem with C1 v.11

I downloaded v.11, but am having problems purchasing. When I click to purchase, it takes me to v.12, which I don't want. How do I get to the correct page for v.11?

In general, once a new version has been released, old versions are no directly available for sale.

However an activation key for a purchased V12 option also facilitiates the use of earlier versions. So that would be one option and would allow you to change to V12 at some point should y wish to.

If that suggestion does not suit your needs I would suggest that you create a Support Case to see what the Phase Sales team can suggest. This is primarily a User to User forum and so questions like your will be unanswerable. Phase staff who may visit from time to time would also suggest the Support Case approach.
