Hello

Please help.
- I downloaded the latest Capture One 10 Pro software

My computer is PC / WIN 10 64bit

- Intel CORE I7-4790, 3.6GHz, 8MB processor
- MSI Z97 Gaming 3 LGA 1150 Intel Motherboard
- MSI AMD Radeon R9 390 (R9 390 GAMING 8G) Graphics Card
- RAM DDR3 16GB DDR3 8GB 1600MHz
- SSD 1TB + HDD 8TB / 7200
- Power supply in the 650 WAT computer

My Camera is SONY A6300 + Canon 5D IV

Capture One 10 Pro disables the computer during export and work on files.
The problem is only with working on the Capture One 10 Pro software


Please help

Best option here is to create a tech support case (via the link in my profile) and send us your log files, which can be generated via the steps here:
