Cant See / import Sony A7RII Raws

Cant See / import Sony A7RII Raws

Hello, for some reason now I can't see Sony A7RII files (ARWs) When browsing folders and neither can import them to a new folder.
They just seem unreadable.
I've been fine in the past with them.
- Could me downloading a trial of C11 today have jinxed everything ?!! And no it wasn't running at the same time as C10.

Any thoughts would be great , as I need to see a clients A7RII files asap.

Are you running under the right licence? If you are on the DB version, you'll only be able to work with Phase One digital backs. The v11 trial shouldn't affect it, except if that is the problem.

Full bought version.
Weird as I can see a7rII files we shot on a recent job straight into C10.

But this is another clients files from hard disk I’m trying to access.
Normally I just drag from their capture folder to mine or reimport manually the long way.
They shot thiers in C11 , so maybe that’s the problem .. but shout see why c11 changes the files on import ?

So I’ve downloaded the c11 trial and I can see them using that but not in c10 .
Very strange , unless the Sony raw has changed in their camera..?

Any help appreciated .

If you updated your catalog to CO11 format then you can't use it with CO10 anymore.
