Capture One won't Process Images

Hi all,

My Capture One (v7.1.5 running on OSX v10.9.5) has stopped processing images for some reason...

Everything seems fine Capture One, and I've double checked the recipes / output location multiple times, but the images just don't appear in the Output folder at all.

Has this happened to anyone else? Any ideas of how to solve this?

I don't really want to upgrade to v8 just to fix this issue...

Hi Chris,

First, you might want to update to the latest CO7 (7.2.4). You can find it here:

Next, make sure you have the Batch tool and when you take a look at it, clear the history.

Another take at the issue is that you make a new session or catalog. You don't want another session? Just try for a test. A corrupt database could be playing bad with you.

If all fails, try to delete the preference file. KB article 1167 gives precise guidance on how to do that (with Terminal)
