Currently our most common issue on Windows is OpenCL.
This is almost always this is due to old/incompatible graphic card drivers.

Also, if all fails there is scrips for disabling the use of OpenCL in Capture One.

We will insure in a upcoming service released to have a better detection mechanism for this but in either case, OpenCL gives a great performance boost and hence it is a great advantage to have this enables as long as your graphic card is compatible.
