ERROR #222

Hello, Im having some issues with my IQ180. It was running prefectly and now suddenly the camera turns off after about only 30 images and gives me the error #222. We are using USB3.Tired different USB cables.Still no Luck.It works fine on the bench in the office but the minute we put it into the aircraft, it gives trouble? we suspect it might be power source issues,Has anyone encountered this ?
