Dear All,

Does anyone know when we will be able to fire the camera from the C1 pro software. Using version 3.5.2.

Many thanks

Hi, That will be fixed in the next firmware release, 3.x, due out in the begining of December and that will include remote capture for all of the P-backs.

Mamiya 645afd & P25

Postby brucehead » Mon Jan 03, 2005 1:41 pm

Hi Ulf,
I have downloaded firmware version 3.0.6 and updated my P25, however I can only upgrade to version 2.0.2 and I still can't fire the camera from the software, any ideas when this feature will be available for the Mamiya? :D javascript:emoticon(':D')

Currently the firmware upgrader 3.0.6 is only updating the Hassleblad H version (H101-P25) to this firmware. Mamiya, Contax and Hasselblad V should follow shortly after (will have a higher version number)
I do not have a time frame just yet.

Hi Ulf,
Many thanks for your swift reply, could you please confirm if I will be able to fire my Rollei lens control S from the software with this forthcoming upgrade or if at all. I use the Mamiya 645AFD P25 on an X-act with lens control S.

Many thanks :?

I can verify that the Mamiya firmware is ready and is being beta tested at the moment.

What you will need to fire this from host is a special cable between the M connector on H backs and Multi connector on P backs and the IIS lens controler.
If you do not have this then you can get this from Phase One.
You will need to fill oout following request form:

i will not promise anything, but i am sure you want the same as us - having a firmware that are working good, without any major problems in it - the new firmware are beeing tested right now and as soon the test is finished and found in a proper state, we will launch it.

Dear Flemming
If you look back in the list a promise was to MADE in the begining of December so the issue of wether you need to ensure that there are no bugs and it works corectly is in this case totally irrelevant.

I already mentioned before to the forum that Phase one have the habbit of promissing dates without keeping it.

Dont get me wrong I am well aware of the implications of bug fixing so the best is not to give us any dates as this is very frustrating especially when I have to shoot hundreds pieces of jewellery and not from the pc and not to mention the fact that others can if they use H1

Hi Eric

I know of the promise...

The H101 P25 & H101 P20 firmware have been release, we are missing firmware to Hasselblad V-series and Mamiya.
