Owners Club registration...

Hi all,

Do I have to create a new account in order to be in the owners club? because the option for it was there when I created my account but I cant edit my current profile in order to be in the owners club.

Do I need a new account or I'm I just missing something...

Sorry, no help here. There are several mysteries to the web site, not limited to the owners club.

Here is the help you need to become a owners club member.

Login on the website, click on your name, click edit user account, click update, select i want to create a owners club profile,type in your seriel number of the back you own and click add, then click next, you can now choose to upload some images to phase one and recive a gift, even if you choos not to upload, you will have to type in copyright info, click next, select from the menus what type of photographer you are, click next, after this you are done.

I was trying to update the profile through the Forum.phaseone.com profile... Anyways, it's ok now... thanks...

You're saying that the sticker on your digital back has an invalid Serial number, the number that starts with CI00.....

I'll admit, it is my own laziness. The serial number needs to have a valid purchase date to coincide with the S#. Since I purchased from a dealer that had used it a demo model, the exact date will never be known. Trying all the possible dates, in the Safari (browser) unfriendly web site, makes the task about 3 or 4 hours, that I don't have to spare at the moment. Thanks for the suggestion.
