New comer to Phase One

Postby NNN634506549790042483 » Sat Sep 03, 2011 1:08 pm

I work for a photographer as well as shoot weddings solo professionally. This is the first weekend I've had a Phase One. My boss let me borrow it for Labor day weekend.

I have an issue. I have figured out most everything on this camera. However, every few frames, it tells me it's not recording the image because it's corrupted and to check the card on my computer.

I'm shooting with a 4gb extreme ii. What's wrong? I don't have a manual and haven't found much help on google.

By the way, I LOVE this camera. If I had the money, I'd sell all my canon gear and get a phase one!

Although Labor Day weekend is over and I can't provide retrospective assistance, I would suggest you create a support case so we can know the exact cause of the error.

This happend with my p45+ back to. but only with 16 GB Lexar cards. The 8 worked well. anyway nobody of phase One could help me here. I sold the back and camera cause the leaf shutter lenses don´t work prppery and they refuse to replace it after only 4000 releases. And they betray you because those lenses are not build by schneider. Only the lenses are made there, the rest is build and assembled by Mamiya, wich is another working Quality.

All you probably needed was a firmware update. Some newer UDMA card would not work in older firmwares but this has been corrected,.
IN regards to lenses you are leaving this on many different threads and we want to be constructive and help you, but spamming the forum is not constructive.
