can't open legacy sessions

Postby NNN637147500309408924 » Thu Jan 16, 2020 5:43 am

Hello,

I've been trying to open legacy C1 sessions from two years ago and can't in C1 6.4.2 (Mac version). When I try to open the old session by double clicking the session file, the program crashes every time. When I try to import the old EIP files into a new session, the files aren't visible in their resident folder.

Regards.

Was the session create with a Mac or Windows version? And which version. I mean, created 2 years ago, it could have been created and last used with a later version than 6.4.2.

Also, on which macOS version do you run 6.4.2? There could be an incompatibility with 6.4.2.
Be aware that you could download and install a later version. You probably have a 30-day trial.
